Our Exercise Physiologists are specialists in ‘exercise as medicine’ to prevent, manage, treat and rehabilitate injury and disease. We approach your health holistically, recognising the link between movement and emotional wellbeing and work to provide a safe and enjoyable space for you to move.

Heidi supports people living with persistent pain, fatigue, trauma, anxiety and complex chronic illness.
With over 22 years' experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Heidi uses trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to help clients build confidence, skills and long-term health.

Sarah is completing her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, bringing a strong foundation in movement science and a genuine passion for helping people build sustainable, healthy habits, with particular interests in Pilates, strength training and nutrition.
Sarah is a familiar face around Bulli, and brings that same warmth and community connection into every session she supports.

Kayla is passionate about helping people move with confidence and create meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes.
She provides neuroaffirming care, with a special interest in Parkinson’s, women’s health, chronic pain and mental health.
